The original cornice, with the best finish in the market for architectural concrete
Formwork mould manufactured with EPS and thermoformed plastic sheets, using patented Valero technology, for building decorative cornices. They are also known as “moulding”.
This system lets you create cornices that form part of the building structure without requiring prefabricated elements, anchors, adhesives and, above all, without the danger of falling over time or due to weather phenomena that other solutions may entail.
We are the only company worldwide incorporating thermoformed plastic technology to this type of formwork moulds. This enables it to support shocks and scratches that normally occur in moulds coated in lower quality plastic and as always offering better quality to exposed concrete, ideal for architectonic concrete buildings.
They are served in standards 4000 mm-long bars and many section sizes depending on the model. However, we may apply specific cuts and design to adjust to the shape of beams to the maximum.
We also give architects, technicians and designers the opportunity to create or customize new designs and manufacture them in any measure or size. Check with us for more information on this or other aspects of the product.
