DONPOL Verde Hidrófobo

Inverted covers

DONPOL Verde is a hydrophobic expanded polystyrene (EPS-h) panel for thermal insulation which comply with the technical specifications of the Spanish UNE-EN 13163 standard, in green and with a customised mechanised cut to facilitate placing and breakage of thermal bridges.

Thanks to its excellent thermal conductivity value of 0,032 W / mK, it allows to achieve greater thermal resistance with less thickness than conventional systems, enabling the Spanish CTE DB-HE requirements to be met by reducing the total thickness of the covers.

It can be manufactured in any thickness without losing thermal properties, that means, without its thermal conductivity value worsening, as it is stable in all its thickness.

Its high compression resistance, with a value of kPa 200, which is recommended according to UNE 92181 standard for use on flat walkable roofs and non-walkable gravel roofs, makes it an ideal product for these applications.

Since it is a hydrophobic material (absorbing water due to immersion ≤ 2% volume) it is apt for use in inverted roofs.
