We are the expanded polystyrene (EPS) manufacturer leader in Spain and the third at European level. This enables us to cover all territories in Spain, Portugal and part of the South of France. We have the latest expanded polystyrene (EPS) manufacturing and manipulation technology.

Due to our state-of-the art technology, know-how and direct control of all production processes, we can control the size of the manufactured pearls and adjust it to the needs of each customer based on their density and size. We can obtain EPS pearl sizes that go from a maximum size of 7 mm to a minimum size of 2 mm depending on the needs of the customer, with an self-extinguishing treatment ensuring the best performance against fire.

Moreover, in compliance with our social and environmental commitment, our factory has a recycling and treatment plant for said material. In order to manufacture and transform it we use steam, minimising the release of polluting gases to the atmosphere to the maximum. This enables us to offer customers the option to use recycled EPS pearls.

In general, polystyrene pearls are used to fill pillows, cushions, duvets, pouffes, toys, stuffed toys and dolls. They are also used as lightening and/or packaging materials.
